💬 Their Story

OCD is not quirky or cute. I lose hours a day to rituals that don’t make sense but feel absolutely necessary. I wash my hands until they crack. I check locks six times. I know it’s irrational, but the fear isn’t. The fear is everything.

I don't know. I haven't really tried anything. just dealt with it. I don't think anything can help.
