💬 Their Story:

My little brother died by suicide. I was 19. I stopped believing in the world for a while after that. I still have days where I wonder how I missed the signs. Talking about it feels impossible. But silence feels worse.


🛠️ How They Cope:

I got a therapist. I could talk to him about my brother.


💭 What They Wish Others Understood:

getting help is important. I wish I could help my brother be happy and content with his life. I didn't know that it would get like this :(


💌 A Message to Someone Who’s Struggling:

Be with the ones you love, as much as you can. You never know what could happen.
