💬 Their Story:

Every day I wake up and immediately wish I hadn’t. It’s not dramatic. It’s quiet and constant. But I’m trying. I go to therapy. I keep a list of small things I like. Today it was the sound of birds outside my window.

🛠️ How They Cope:

My therapy, and a couple other things. my journal and my folder of things I love.

💭 What They Wish Others Understood:

Don't keep your problems to yourself; get help asap. I feel so much better, when I can talk to someone I like

💌 A Message to Someone Who’s Struggling:

stop and think: its important that you are alive. God gave you a reason to live. Life is limited. Enjoy it!
