💬 Their Story:

After having my daughter, I developed postpartum depression. Everyone expected me to be glowing and in love. But I felt numb. Detached. Terrified. It took courage to say I needed help. I love my daughter. And I’m getting better, slowly.

🛠️ How They Cope:

Spending as much time as I can with my daughter has helped me get closer with her and love her more.

💭 What They Wish Others Understood:
