💬 Their Story:

My eating disorder started when I was 14. I thought I was just trying to be “healthy,” but it spiraled fast. I was in and out of hospitals. Recovery isn’t linear, but I’m finally starting to hear my body again. And I don’t hate it anymore.

🛠️ How They Cope:

I downloaded this app that helps me control my calories and let me say, those calories are in the high ;)

💭 What They Wish Others Understood:

It's not just about "Girl you're sooooo skinny. how do you do it?!". it's about taking care of your body, and doing what's important.

💌 A Message to Someone Who’s Struggling:

do what's important for your body and stay hydrated and healthy!
