💬 Their Story:

I’m gay and from a small conservative town. I spent years pretending to be someone else. The anxiety and depression almost swallowed me. I left after high school. Now I’m in therapy, out to my friends, and slowly learning what it means to be safe.

🛠️ How They Cope:

Meeting up with my group therapy friends after therapy for coffee.

💭 What They Wish Others Understood:

I wish that they knew how weird I felt not being my true self.

💌 A Message to Someone Who’s Struggling:

Be yourself, and no one else! everyone is unique in their own way!
