💬 Their Story:

Sometimes I miss the version of me that smiled through everything. Even if it was fake. Because now I cry easily, get overwhelmed, feel too much. But maybe that’s progress. Maybe feeling at all is better than shutting down.


🛠️ How They Cope:

I haven't really tried anything. maybe playing basketball with my brother helps a bit. HUMAN INTERACTION is important! That's what everyone tells me


💭 What They Wish Others Understood:

That being depressed is okay. you just need to get the proper help, so that you would be okay.

idk maybe stay there for those that need you?
