💬 Their Story:

My panic attacks feel like dying. Heart racing. Chest tight. I’ve called 911 thinking I was having a heart attack. It’s embarrassing, but also real. Mental illness is physical sometimes. I wish more people understood that.

🛠️ How They Cope:

I found taking the time for mindfulness (there's an option to do it on my Apple Watch) at random times of the day, helped me a lot

💭 What They Wish Others Understood:

💌 A Message to Someone Who’s Struggling:

Keep on breathing! Pun intended ;)
