💬 Their Story:

I’m an elementary school teacher, and I deal with depression. No one knows. I show up, smile, teach, then go home and collapse. I wish mental illness didn’t come with so much guilt. I wish I could be honest.

🛠️ How They Cope:

I sit on my couch with my dog and watch movies. sometime I tell her about my day. I like having someone that doesn't interfere with my storytelling, haha.

💭 What They Wish Others Understood:

Teachers can also have problems. they can also struggle to find the right answer. they are also people!

💌 A Message to Someone Who’s Struggling:

it's okay! Your voice can be heard! Speak to someone, before it is too late! Or in any case, your dog :)
