💬 Their Story

Bipolar disorder runs in my family, and I fought the diagnosis for years. I hated the label. But I’ve started to accept that I’m not broken. I cycle fast, and it messes with my relationships. But I take my meds, I journal every night, and I’m still here. That counts.
